About this event


HR is constantly changing, and it now means a lot of different things to a lot of different people.

With the ever growing popularity of ‘Agile HR’ and many companies choosing People Operations departments over traditional HR, it’s more important than ever to recognise the journey this industry is on, and discuss where it might be heading.

In this event we’ll be doing a series of interviews and roundtables with experienced heads of people departments, HR Directors, HRBP consultants and similar to discuss how they manage the shifting tides of HR, what it means to them and how they see the industry shaping up and developing.

Amongst other things we expect to be digging into:

Where do you draw the lines within and around HR? How can we create an engaged workforce in 2021 and beyond? What makes employees truly valued? How can we put more ‘Human’ into Human Resources?

What you can expect: Lively discussion and roundtable from industry experts - you are invited to get involved in the discussion or sit back and spectate Actionable advice on how to manage your managers humanely and effectively Real-life examples and initiatives that you can relate to in your own business Humour, empathy and inspiration to help you make the changes you need to

This week: This week we’ll be interviewing Olya Yakzhina, People Manager at Switchee Limited and Karthika Baiju Head of People at Vita Mojo to get their thoughts and views.

Whos involved: This is an event from London Heads of People Community in collaboration with RecWorks Ltd. Evangeline Richards, Aspiring Head of HR and Barry Cranford, founder of RecWorks will act as hosts and interviewers.

Who should come: Advice will be targeted at Heads of People, Chief People Officers, HR directors and People Ops Managers
