Bulletproof, an innovative and rapidly expanding Cyber Security company, is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to directly lead recruitment efforts alongside building a talent acquisition team. With a strong background in recruitment and headhunting, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to manage a variety of vacancies globally (including roles in the UK, Europe, India and the US) alongside continuing the development, implementation and execution of broader recruitment strategies across employer branding, creative sourcing, and ATS expansion.
Ideally coming from a technical recruitment background in a scale-up/start-up company, the Talent Acquisition Manager will need to be able to manage both BAU and project-based workloads in a fast-paced environment. Furthermore, we are looking someone to enhance and champion our values and culture; with this in mind, and our emphasis on cross team/departmental collaboration initiatives, this role will be hybrid in nature with the need to come into our Stevenage office. An overview of the main duties has been provided below:
Main Duties:
Build and manage the talent acquisition team in line with business growth;
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, from sourcing and advertising, to interviews and offers, including headhunting;
Implement creative and innovative sourcing strategies to fill hard-to-fill roles;
Work with the Chief People Officer to develop, implement and executive recruitment strategies throughout the business;
Work with Hiring Managers to understand the skills, competencies, and experiences necessary for each role, and develop recruitment strategies to deliver high-quality candidate pipelines and to ensure a fast and effective sourcing and hiring process;
Screen potential candidates for all roles via telephone and online interview;
Educate Hiring Managers on recruiting best practice and the use of our Applicant Tracking System (Teamtailor);
Manage and support with employer branding and diversity and inclusion recruitment initiatives;
Deliver recruitment-related reports to Senior Management as and when required;
Conduct benchmarking exercises and support with gathering marketing knowledge;
Manage the company’s career website;
Ensure data within the Applicant Tracking System is up to date;
Champion our values and culture through actions and support with on-going initiatives;
Manage and support our Graduate and Early Careers Programmes;
Work closely with other departments and actively cooperate with recruiting projects.
Experience and Skillset required:
Previous experience in an end-to-end recruitment role is essential which a proven background in filling niche technical roles; team management experience is highly advantageous;
Experience in a high growth Cyber Security, SaaS or Technology company would be highly advantageous;
Experience recruitment globally is highly beneficial;
Ability to professionally handle multiple vacancies and candidates simultaneously;
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels;
Passionate in ensuring great candidate and Hiring Manager experience;
Excellent organisational skills, able to set own priorities and reschedule work in a changing environment and with multiple demands and competing priorities;
Ability to work with a high degree of self-direction and flexibility, especially with respect to taking initiative, prioritising multiple tasks, and using good judgment to resolve problems;
Experience with (phone, video, and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation;
Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines;
Strong organisational skills with a high attention to detail;
Pro-active and enthusiastic with a can do attitude to problem-solving and ad-hoc projects alongside normal day-to-day workloads;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Ability to work on own initiative as well as being a team player;
Willingness to learn.
