About the job

Job Introduction

What does it take to become a leading health and social care organisation in the UK? It takes people who can turn lives around every day - providing encouragement, delivering innovative services and generally improving life for individuals with a learning disability or those affected by drug and alcohol misuse or mental health problems. But it's not just our front-line teams that make a difference. So do the dedicated professionals who work behind the scenes to support the vital work we do.

Turning Point is a leading Social Enterprise which supports people with a wide range of complex needs across Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, Substance Misuse and Public Health.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a results orientated talented Internal Recruiter to join our team to cover maternity leave for 12 months.

Role Responsibility

We are looking for a hands-on, experienced Recruiter who thrives on the challenge of working in a high volume, fast paced environment with pressure to deliver results.

You will be responsible for sourcing and placing top talent within the organisation, whilst ensuring that our candidates and hiring managers receive a great experience throughout the recruitment process.

The Ideal Candidate

You will be an experienced recruiter ideally with a background in health and social care recruitment. You will be able to demonstrate your skills in managing high volumes of vacancies at any given time, working towards targets and SLAs, including filling volume entry level roles. You will require knowledge of high volume recruitment transactions and be innovative in your attraction and search methods in order to gain a competitive edge and fill vacancies as quickly and effectively as possible.

The role is split between Manchester city centre office and home working.
