The Talent Acquisition Partner will work closely with business managers and their respective HR Business Partners, to source and recruit high calibre candidates through search and direct hiring activity. You will support the design and delivery of resourcing plans, identify top talent, and manage specific recruitment campaigns.


This role will be offered as a permanent/full time home-based contract but you will be expected to travel regularly to various RPS offices to fulfil the requirements of the role.

What You’ll Be Doing


Our Talent Partners work across the company providing bespoke high-quality talent acquisition services that include Volume, Specialist and Strategic Resourcing. As a team we deliver a range of bespoke and dedicated services for talent acquisition and retention across the group.


The Talent Acquisition Partner has responsibility for the high quality, cost effective and timely operational delivery of internal and external resourcing for assigned business areas. Coupling this with the intelligence and creativity to understand multiple businesses and market sectors while identifying and assessing the strengths and relevance of candidate suitability for role requirements across the business.


Your Responsibilities


Business Partnering


  • Taking responsibility for client relationships and account management, acting as advisor, engaging with stakeholders to understand their problems and provide solutions

  • Ensure the business follows the correct process, best practice and RPS behaviours

  • Promoting diverse and inclusive sourcing and hiring practices

  • Supporting the Resourcing Lead and the Head of Recruitment to provide regular dashboards, MI reports, insights and knowledge of the market based on evidence to the business

  • Identify and reduce annual agency spend

  • Develop the agency partner framework

  • Support with ad-hoc business projects


Delivery


  • Drive direct recruitment fulfilment (Direct, Agency and Referrals) and the continuous improvement to the recruitment proposition including both the candidate and customer experience

  • Acting as overall project manager, providing effective operational, resource and project management of vacancies, ensuring good practice and the RPS process is followed

  • Deliver excellent service to clients and candidates

  • Build and maintain strong knowledge base of the key market areas


Operational


  • Taking responsibility for quality assurance including all documentation, process and interactions with clients and candidates

  • Regular process and continues improvement reviews


Who We’re Looking For


We are looking for a team player who is passionate about delivering an outstanding service to both our internal clients and candidates. You will have outstanding communication skills, with experience of working in a fast-paced recruitment environment, identifying hard to find talent. We are open to hearing from candidates with a few years’ recruitment experience through to experienced recruiters (agency or internal). Experience of volume campaign recruitment as well as Apprenticeship and Graduate Hires is of specific interest.
