Plenitude is a niche consultancy, specialising in Financial Crime Risk and Compliance.


We offer the opportunity to work on some of the largest and most complex #FCC transformations in the industry across multiple jurisdictions, with a wide array of leading financial institutions (including banks, insurers, investment management companies, and #cryptoasset firms).


To support our growth plans, we are looking for exceptional In House Recruiter:


Responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match to Plenitudes goals and values.


In this role, you will be responsible for determining job requirements, screening candidates, and forecasting hiring needs. You will also be required to promote our company's brand with recruitment initiatives and events.


In House Recruiter duties would include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Liaising with internal departments/managers to ensure your recruitment pipeline matches client demand

  • Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.

  • Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, as well as print media, posters, and flyers, when required.

  • Managing hiring processes via electronic Applicant Tracking Systems.

  • Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments.

  • Compiling interview questions and conducting in-person or video call interviews with shortlisted candidates.

  • Preparing hiring forecasts as part of the company's strategic planning.

  • Documenting processes and fostering good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants so as to build pools of resource.

  • Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field.


You will have experience of:

  • Recruitment within our field – Financial Crime, Compliance, Risk, AML, Financial Services Consulting

  • Headhunting experience using LinkedIn and other tools

  • Boolean string searching experience on all major job boards

  • Experience interviewing and screening candidates
