Nexford University (Global Ed-tech) is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our rapidly growing global team. We are looking for an energetic, results-driven individual who can partner with our leaders and the wider hiring team as Nexford moves to scale up stage.

As Talent Acquisition Partner your role will revolve around four key areas:


  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Improve our talent acquisition strategy and speed of process by implementing best-in-class recruitment processes modern to the "old-school" way of thinking about A-Z Talent processes.

  • Talent Brand: Act as a brand custodian for Talent globally, building and protecting brand credibility while increasing EVP awareness amongst all social channels. This will be done in collaboration with marketing and brand teams.

  • Quality of Hire: Understand current employee hiring quality and make continuous improvements to employee hiring using data found in turnover rates for mission-critical roles, turnover rates amongst highest performers, and managing manager satisfaction.

  • Business Partnership & Management: Developing relationships with global leaders and hiring managers in different business areas, managing their hiring strategy and 360 recruitment processes for each. You will also be responsible for global recruitment training ensuring all team members holding interviews are up to date with best practices and current with unconscious bias training.


Ideal Candidate profile:


  • 2-3 years of prior work experience in Talent Acquisition either in-house or at an agency. (preferably agency moved in-house)

  • Experience developing a Talent branding strategy, and EVP.

  • Self-starter, able to build out recruitment pipelines (Globally) and drive KPIs towards success quarterly.

  • Effective communicator and relationship-builder across a variety of stakeholders in different geo-zones.

  • Strong passion for TECH and selling company brand/culture/product.
