Are you a Technology recruiter looking for the autonomy to manage end-to-end Recruitment for an innovative, market leading banking group? This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Recruiter who is looking for their next challenge!


Reporting to the Central Services Portfolio Lead the key objectives for you in this role will be to deliver a superior recruitment experience for both Candidates and Hiring Managers, creating and delivering sourcing strategies to identify and secure top technology talent within the Desktop, Infrastructure and Engineering space. You will also lead high profile, value-add projects in collaboration with the Technology Leadership team, Human Resources partners and Diversity Equity and Inclusion team


The role of Senior Technology Recruiter is to manage a portfolio of vacancies as well as advise, guide and support senior Stakeholders, therefore it is crucial you have prior experience recruiting for highly skilled technology professionals and a proven record of successfully partnering with both clients and candidates.


You will be partnering as the subject matter expert to drive forward our EMEA-wide technology talent acquisition strategy. You will lead the business to develop a pro-active, strategic recruitment service, by leaning into the wider Hudson RPO business and global onsite Technology Recruiting team to collaborate on current best practice and technology. This role will also give you the opportunity to develop your leadership skills, you will lead from the front alongside mentoring and developing a small team of recruiters, sourcing partners and dedicated team support.
