We’re seeking a driven and engagingSenior Recruiter for a 3 month contract with possible extensions who will be responsible forattracting and recruiting top talent fora growing and exciting software company. You will perform full cycle recruiting and work closely with hiring managers to source and close candidates who are a great fit forthecompany and culture.Ourideal candidateisa motivated self-starter who is goal-oriented and results-driven, has a high level of integrity, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities


  • Responsible for managing full life cycle of recruiting, for professional and technical roles, including sourcing, screening, assessing, interviewing, evaluating, and closing candidates for md to senior level positions.

  • Work with HR and hiring managers to develop job descriptions and job specs. This includes conducting intake calls with hiring managers, the development and execution of sourcing strategies, and provide regular updates on search status

  • Post job specs in applicant tracking system (ATS) and careers page, on external job boards, and on college career boards. Also use ATS to manage candidates, collect recruitment data, and generate reportsManage a requisition load of around 8 - 12reqs at a time and deliver on a fill rate of at least 3 per month.

  • Expert at creating sourcing strategies for niche/difficult positions through a variety of resources including databases, social media, networking, cold calling, etc. Screen candidates by reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and administering assessments

  • Represent the company and communicate the employer brand to prospective employees, and consistently provide a high level of customer service

  • Other projects and responsibilities related to the Recruiting department

Minimum qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Strong communication, presentation, decision making, time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Knowledge of HR and recruitment best practices, as well as EEO and ADA regulations


Preferred qualifications:


  • 5 years of technical recruiting experience

  • Working knowledge of anapplicant tracking system (ATS)
