About the job

As an Internal recruiter, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of our internal hires including senior hires, graduate scheme and apprenticeship. You will guide both directly sourced and agency candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring that they have an excellent candidate experience regardless of interview outcome.


Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition you will work closely with the GPS People team to ensure an effective and positive candidate onboarding experience.


Skills, Ability And Experience

  • Manage and develop the recruitment processes in partnership with Hiring Managers to ensure an efficient hiring process.

  • Manage end to end recruitment of roles at GPS including Graduate scheme and apprenticeship scheme

  • Carry out all activities related to end to end recruitment including; job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate rejections, offers and candidate onboarding

  • Manage various sourcing avenues including job boards, networking sites and social media to attract, screen and present the most qualified diverse candidates

  • Ensure that our ATS (we use Greenhouse) is kept updated to allow for effective reporting

  • Offer up new and innovate solutions to keep improving the GPS recruitment process and enhance candidate and stakeholder experience

  • Manage the contractual and salary offers to candidates, in accordance with the other HR processes and procedures (contracts, compensation, development).

  • Provide continuous analysis of the local labour market, educational systems and other items affecting recruitment.

  • Carry out any other duties related to the Recruitment team.

  • Maintain an exceptionally high level of candidate experience.

Desirable

  • Previous experience with payments/financial services/ technology/SaaS or fintech company

  • Proven experience within an internal recruitment function

  • Previous experience with HRIS such as BambooHR

  • Previous experience with an ATS such as Greenhouse


Other

GPS operates in a secure environment. All candidates will be Credit and Background checked to the extent permitted by law.
