ERM is hiring an experienced senior-level executive recruiter to join the team as a Talent Acquisition Manager to focus on Partner hires (Executive/leadership roles) in EMEA.


You will have excellent engagement and stakeholder management skills; able to forge strong working relationships, build robust sourcing strategies and be passionate about delivering a first-class candidate experience.


A research-based approach to recruitment is an essential requirement for this role as we will need someone able to leverage market data to influence staff/hiring decisions.


Prior experience in recruiting technical, consulting and/or scientific related skills is beneficial but not essential.
