Here's what you will do
Working as part of our People Team, this exciting role takes responsibility for identifying and engaging world-class management consultants (usually with a technology focus). You will do this by creating effective sourcing strategies, building lasting relationships with potential candidates, providing high level of customer service and successfully promoting our unique offering in a growing competitive market.
Headhunt, engage and attract top talent for Credera to drive further growth through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn and alternative search techniques
Work closely with the talent acquisition lead and hiring managers to deeply understand technical requirements of the role, the function and how this contributes to the growth of the business
Collaborate with the talent acquisition lead in the development of recruitment strategy
Build a diverse candidate pipeline through innovative research, compelling outreach and complete candidate assessment
Utilise the applicant tracking system to actively track, manage and report on candidate pipelines to enhance stakeholder communication and ensure effective process management
Conduct first round screens for all suitable candidates, providing/recommending a shortlist of candidate per requirement.
Be an ambassador of our brand and promote our value proposition to increase and strengthen our profile in the market
Manage the candidate experience through efficient process management, supporting interview scheduling where required
Identify appropriate advertising mechanisms and composing and publishing engaging job adverts.
Ensure all recruitment related paperwork complies with GDPR
Here's what you will do
Working as part of our People Team, this exciting role takes responsibility for identifying and engaging world-class IT professionals. You will do this by creating effective sourcing strategies, building lasting relationships with potential candidates, providing high level of customer service and securing talent in a growing competitive market. Successful individuals will ideally have significant experience of sourcing Technology Programme Delivery and Business Transformation candidates, this can be from either an in house or agency environment.

Hours
This is a permanent role within our People function. We're flexible about when you come into the office although ideally we want someone who is based in the north of England.
