How Will You Contribute to the Company?


Cradlepoint , an industry-leading wireless networking company based in beautiful downtown Boise, Idaho, is looking for a passionate, self-driven Recruiting Coordinator to help build our teams! One of the most important things we do as a Company is hire great people. The right person for this role must exhibit great interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills and business acumen, a high level of professionalism, and a strong sense of teamwork!


What Will You Do?


Here Are Some Of The Things He/she Will Own And Do Daily


Recruiting Coordinators have a huge opportunity to make a difference and have a positive impact on the Company.


  • Care for Candidacy - partner with Cradlepoint’s recruiters to ensure our interview process is well coordinated and effective, and candidates leave their interviews with a great impression of the Company

  • Organize – ensure all job interviews, interview agendas, and candidates’ flights are scheduled in a timely and well-thought-out manner

  • Socialization – utilize Cradlepoint’s careers page and other social media platforms to socialize and gain interest in our open positions

  • Metrics - work closely with the HR Team to implement recruiting technologies and generate metric reports which are the foundation of any effective recruiting strategy

  • Trusted Advisor – act as the Recruiters' go-to person for assistance and ensuring everything goes smoothly for all interviews

  • Compliance Officer - ensure the Company completes all reference and background verifications

  • Team Collaborator - assist with new employee processing and onboarding when requested

  • Special Projects – conduct project work and other job duties when there is a business need


Minimum Qualifications:


  • One to three (1-3) years of experience

  • Rock solid computer and software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Your business acumen – to help our leaders and employees, you need to understand (and care about) the Company’s vision, mission, and things that matter to us

  • Trust and transparency – being respectful of others and a straight shooter is imperative to getting the work done

  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws like Title VII

  • Humility and eagerness to succeed – be willing to learn something new or do things in a different way, we move fast, so a sense of urgency is important!

  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and project management skills – you must be driven and take pride in your work

  • Don’t point a finger, lend a hand – we are one team so excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills are mandatory, and communication and listening skills are key

  • Ability to demonstrate good judgment and conflict management skills

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Knowledge of how to use social media platforms
