As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at ClearCourse, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping us to deliver our talent strategy. To achieve this you’ll focus on on demonstrating hiring best practice through direct hiring, reducing agency spend and improving time to hire whilst providing a exceptional and consistent candidate and stakeholder experience.

 

You’ll need to be a passionate, pro-active Recruiter who is confident to communicate with internal stakeholders and candidates at all levels, online by phone and face to face. As ClearCourse is partnership of innovative technology companies, a sense of urgency and the ability to operate and adapt to change in a fast-paced technology environment is essential.


What do I need?


  • At least 2 years experience in a 360 Recruitment, Resourcing or Talent Acquisition role is essential;

  • Proven experience of adapting to change to meet the Company’s hiring needs

  • Experience in writing eloquent and accurate job adverts to support direct sourcing and talent attraction

  • Proven ability of working with online search tools and a variety of recruitment media

  • Knowledge of GDPR ensuring compliance with applicant tracking

  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

  • A proven ability to operate with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment

  • Impeccable communication skills and proven ability to effectively manage stakeholders at all levels
