Job Purpose and Impact
As a member of our Global HR Solutions Team, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will utilise a consultative and strategic approach to support full cycle recruiting, source, assess and select in order to recruit top talent in a cost effective manner and add value to the business. You will execute recruiting processes and provide an excellent candidate and manager experience driving the company's brand as an employer of choice. Working with hiring managers across the UK in our varied businesses, you will manage a range of professional positions including (but not limited to) engineering, health and safety, supply chain, transport & logistics, administration, HR and trade.
Key Accountabilities
Develop and execute recruiting strategies, utilising labour market consultation, competitive intelligence and selling Cargill’s brand
Develop and maintain internal and external relationships related to the recruitment process which may include hiring managers, human resource professionals, industry contacts and candidates
Provide full cycle recruiting services including recruitment strategy sessions, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection processes, offer management, process documentation, compliance management and status communication with candidates and hiring managers
Consult using your subject matter expertise to partner with business on recruiting and sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, metrics and analytics, position responsibilities and forecasting.
Ensure policies, processes and legal requirements comply with employment law and company standards.
Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience with recruiting technology and tools and Microsoft Office packages
Confirmed related work experience
Experience of recruiting in the UK labor market
Preferred Qualifications
In-house recruitment experience gained in a global or regional matrixed organisation
Experience of working with shared service centres
