Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Banked


As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be part of the global Talent Acquisition team and will use your knowledge of the local market to drive high standard hiring strategy to help hire on some of the most impactful roles at Banked.


You will be working closely with our regional hiring managers and leadership team to drive our exponential growth in the US and be responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process, help implement data-driven recruitment methodology and enhance processes as we scale.


We are looking for someone intellectually curious, passionate about technology and a deep understanding of the recruitment best practice and ready to drive excellence in a newly created function.


About You


  • 4+ years of relevant recruiting experience in a fast growing tech company

  • Experience hiring diverse and dispersed roles, in a fast changing environments

  • Ability to influence stakeholders through the use of data and market intelligence

  • Good analytical skills with a clear data-driven mindset

  • Experience designing simple and scalable recruitment processes

  • Passionate about hiring top talent and driving positive impact

  • Experience working for or with start-ups and/or scale-ups within an engineering first organisation

  • Superb communications skills, both verbal and written

  • Build strong and diverse talent pipelines and implement sourcing campaigns

  • Create and automate searches to ensure we find the best candidates

  • Be creative and take initiative in attracting the best talent through new avenues

  • Create relationships both with candidates and internal business partners

  • Deliver an incredible Candidate and Hiring Manager experience throughout all processes

  • Ensure that we are hiring with high consistency
